As a graduate of Louisville Seminary with clinical and theological degrees, I offer holistic treatment from a systemic lens, specializing in work with couples, relationship challenges, and trauma. I support couples navigating communication breakdowns, conflict cycles, trust issues, infidelity, life transitions, and emotional disconnection. I love working with individuals healing from trauma. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and guided toward healing and growth. Life can be messy, relationships are complex, and the struggle is real-sometimes we all just need a little help finding our way.
