I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals from pre-teens to adults navigate the complexities of life. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to create customized treatment plans that empower clients to reach their goals. I hold a Master of Social Work and have worked in a National Child Trauma Center as a Child and Family Therapist, providing trauma-informed, strengths-based and neurodiversity affirming therapy where clients can process experiences, build coping skills, and cultivate their own self-compass.
