As a systemic thinker, I am always looking at a person in relationship to their environment, and the people in it. With a strength-based approach in family therapy, I also use psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral principles, while providing a safe and empathic environment for our work together. I have treated families, couples and individuals for 16 years with a broad scope of culture, age and relational issues. I have helped many people through transitional events that affect them throughout their lives; school, career, marriage, parenting, illness, loss, divorce and retirement. My interest is in the relationship you have with yourself and those around you.
