Karyn believes in a strength based and client centered approach along with using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral, Behavioral, Problem Solving, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and others to be able to meet the needs of a diverse population. Karyn enjoys working with older kids, adolescents, and individuals and has also worked with military service members and their family multiple times in her career in various capacities. In her spare time, Karyn enjoys spending quality time with her son, husband, and her dog Ollie.
