I enjoy working with adults who are navigating relationship difficulties, trauma, depression, or anxiety, or who feel stuck and aren’t sure how to take the next step. The therapeutic journey with me begins by slowing down and cultivating curiosity about what patterns you are experiencing both throughout your life and what is present in the moment-to-moment of our therapy sessions together. By seeing what’s there more clearly, we can start to tease apart what’s happening for you, and how you can move through life with more authenticity, ease, curiosity, and flexibility.
