My practice focuses primarily on individuals and couples who are dealing with traumas, addictions and communication issues. I give my patients the support to sort through the racket in their heads and find clarity. Many times emotional issues stem from events in our lives which have been either buried or minimized. I help my patients explore these events in order to identify the old beliefs and ideas that created disfunctional coping mechanisms. Once identified, these old ideas and beliefs can be replaced with new healthier ones. Therapy is a journey that leads to more ease and comfort and less anxiety, depression and sadness. My purpose is to help guide you through your journey.
