I support individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, self-esteem, self-love, boundaries, communication, and relational challenges. I recognize that each person’s experiences, values, and identity shape who they are, and I tailor my therapeutic approach accordingly. I lead with empathy, curiosity, and compassion, using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. My modalities include mindfulness, narrative, emotion-focused, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies, and I draw on Gottman and PACT techniques when working with couples and families.
