Life is full of ups and downs, for all of us, sometimes on a daily basis and sometimes from minute to minute. Most days we are able to move past a difficult day or two, a couple of hard weeks, but when that is not the case, when we are plagued with feelings of anxiety and hopelessness; it is then that we need support and tools. In therapy and working together as a team, my client's and I can develop coping skills that work best for them, and determine what will bring them back to a fuller and happier life.
