My mission is connection. Whether that means reconnecting with yourself, your family, your work, or the world around you—I want to walk alongside you as a guide, a coach, and sometimes, a cheerleader. I believe healing starts not just with insight, but with feeling safe enough to be honest about where you are and bold enough to imagine where you want to be. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are feeling disconnected, discouraged and in a ife that doesn't feel quite right. Whatever that "not right" might be" we can move through it together. Therapy with me blends a trauma-informed foundation with real, structured accountability I’ll hold space for your big emotions, your stuck patterns, and your quiet hopes—but I’ll also challenge you to show up for yourself with courage and curiosity.
