My approach to therapy is client driven and often "two heads are better than one" when seeking solutions to problems. In life things can unexpectedly occur, or life can become stressful. Are you struggling to manage anxiety? Do you feel sad and depressed and you not sure why? Do you need emotional support or advice navigating life?
