Demands on our time, attention, and emotional involvement are heavier than ever. I consider it an honor to support individuals and couples who are currently navigating the aftermath of trauma. Trauma has a way of weaving itself into the fabric of everyday life, often manifesting in ways that are not always obvious, whether it’s difficulty maintaining boundaries, challenges in expressing emotions, or leaning on substances as a means of coping. These patterns, while understandable, often no longer serve the people who carry them.
