My work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and compassion. I often work with clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions, including retirement and parenting changes. My clinical interests include substance use and recovery, mindfulness, resilience, and human rights advocacy. I have extensive experience supporting women, particularly around perimenopause, menopause, and overall women's health. I am passionate about providing LGTBQ+ affirming therapy.
