If you are interested in starting therapy, most likely there are areas of your life that you are struggling with, be it upsetting past experiences, overwhelming stress or frustration, difficult or unsatisfying relationships with family or friends, goals that feel unattainable, or areas of your life that you just feel “stuck.” By seeking deeper insight together, by creating a space where you can feel seen and accepted, we can start to make a shift, lessening stress and increasing coping and contentment in your life.
