When your own best thinking isn't enough, finding a skilled therapist is a courageous thing to do. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I help individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds to recognize patterns that hinder growth and to create meaningful change. I have the experience of over 30 years of practice informing all that I do. I work best with clients who are curious, motivated, and willing to take an active role in their therapy process, carrying insights and skills from our sessions into their everyday lives.
