Hello, I'm Kate, registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, families, & couples from all walks of life. I have a desire to create a space where clients can navigate life's challenges and successes, while learning tangible coping skills to implement in their daily routines. I believe therapy is a place to explore, learn, and grow, and I take great pride in helping clients overcome obstacles and reach their personal goals. I've worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma related disorders. Additionally, I've worked in an outpatient program for women and families needing support for maternal mental health.
