I work with adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. I specialize in working with concerns around sexual orientation, sexual behavior/relationships, gender identity, and substance use/addictive behaviors. I especially enjoy working with undergraduate and graduate students. Developing and maintaining your identity and autonomy are integral parts of therapy, and it's important to me to prioritize these in a warm, genuine, and collaborative way. I draw from different therapy approaches to find an approach and rhythm that works for you.
