Too often, we feel we have become mired in our life—in our relationships, our sense of ourselves, our work, how to deal with a life transition, or our emotional experience. As your therapist, my goal is first and foremost to create an atmosphere of safety and trust, in which you can speak your feelings and thoughts freely and honestly. Then, together we can explore the unique experiences that have led to your current situation, and understand those behavioral patterns and ways of relating to ourself and others that may have been necessary solutions to past situations but now have become problematic.
