My aim is to foster a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, trust, and hope—where one feels both supported and encouraged to grow in transformative ways. Walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate grief and trauma to move toward healing and renewal is an honor. I view therapy as a collaboration, offering tools and insights to help alleviate pain, manage life’s difficulties—whether routine or extraordinary—and cultivate greater joy, intention, wonder, and self-compassion.
