My journey to becoming a therapist involves a career change, facing my own challenges, and a deep desire to embody the "wounded healer". I have found the challenging times in my life have revealed more truths about myself and more strengths than I ever imagined. Everyone has a story and everyone has challenges; young, old and in-between. Together we can figure out the best way forward and how to help you achieve the life you want to live. I tailor my approach to each client's individual needs and lifestyle. This may be weekly in-person sessions, virtual sessions, or family and couples' sessions. We will work together to identify your individual challenges and the best approach to helping you be the best version of yourself.
