I have over 20 years in practice working with individual adult clients across a wide range of issues. I believe everyone has within them all that they need to grow and succeed. Sometimes a new perspective is needed to access that strength. I work collaboratively with clients and have a particular focus in working with relationship issues, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I am trained in CBT, hypnosis and EMDR. Treatment is tailored individually to meet each person's unique needs.
