Being human is a shared experience. My role in the counseling relationship is of a fellow traveler along your journey. I am a collaborator who both believes and believes in my clients. I am trained in EMDR, Gottman Level II relationship method, and Sex Therapy. I excel when working with relationships, sexuality, sexual issues, life transitions, attachment-based distress, prolonged grief, suicide, self-harm, the Self, and identity crises. As a Licensed Massage Therapist for 15 years, I provide an expertise in bodywork integral to psychotherapy work, connecting the systems of the body with emotional pain and psychological distress.
