I provide compassionate care for children, teens, adults, and parents using evidence based treatments from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and an eclectic use of other approaches to address anxiety, fears/phobias, academic concerns, ADHD, behavioral dysregulation/ behavioral management, emotional dysregulation, grief, peer conflict, depression, and parenting concerns. Rooted in empathy, I use humor, play, and creative methods in session to build therapeutic rapport and enable and support growth and resilience. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of Maryland. Prior to working in private practice therapy, I have 20 years of experience working in public schools, as a teacher and school counselor. This allows me to foster collaborative relationships with schools in order to provide the highest level of support to clients and families.
