I’m so happy you’re here! As a parent or as an individual, I understand that you’re ready for support as you or your child(ren) are going through a rough patch or because you are ready to make significant changes to improve your inner life, practical life, work, or relationships. My own life is fuller for having had coaching in learning how to move beyond blind spots and through stuck spaces or misunderstandings. I like to use what I have learned in graduate school, life experience and coaching to help you live fully or change your life. I also have a long history of working with children and love to help bring out their best!
