I guide pre-licensed clinicians through clinical supervision. I treat adults who may appear content on the outside but are struggling inside—questioning their purpose or identity, navigating big life changes, grief, burnout, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, relationships, or figuring out if their drinking or substance use might be a bit much. I work with people who are tired of holding it together, exhausted from all of the WTF moments in life, and those tired of walking on eggshells.
