My ideal client is someone with an open mind and a strong desire to grow. My ideal client understands that I cannot do the work for them and that they will have to practice strategies outside of therapy on their own. My ideal client prefers to look inward for answers. They might struggle with low self-esteem, loneliness and/or trouble making friends. They do not want to feel alone in the world. The ultimate goal, for anyone, is to be happy and feel contentment. I offer an ear to listen, a heart to empathize, and a mind to problem solve with you. I am, also, trained in tf-cbt and emdr.
