I enjoy working with people who are experiencing difficult life issues, often related to relationships and/or cultural expectations of who they "should" be. I support individuals and couples who are stuck in a moment of confusion, grief, hopelessness, or despair, helping them figure out how to manage difficult challenges. I also appreciate opportunities to work with those in the process of exploring identity in general, racial identity, and acute life/work crises such as grief, loss, and other traumas, including critical events.
