Most of my clients seek out therapy because of anxiety, grief, life transitions or low self-confidence. I work online with adults and do my best to create a safe and inclusive space for all populations. My clients and I work to identify dysfunctional patterns and to gain self-knowledge to help change those patterns. We approach counseling not as a way to correct pathology, but to pursue lifelong growth. If you're reading this, things are probably not as you want them.
