For over 14 years, I have worked with clients facing challenges such as addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma and difficult life changes. Together, we connect with their inner resources of self-compassion, wisdom and courage to uncover their authentic selves. When we cultivate a mindset of awareness and understanding, rather than judgment, we create the space to heal. Life experiences become a vehicle for learning and embracing our strength and resilience, as well as deepening our relationship with self and others.
