I have over 30 years of experience as a therapist.. I integrate different approaches to support holistic (Body, Mind, Spirit) wellness. I use different methods; often combining aspects of different approaches, to work with the preferences of the client. I am grounded in Humanistic Psychology, that is, the view that humans are essentially good and naturally evolve into amazing versions of themselves. Emotional pain tells us simply what needs our attention now.
