I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 10 years experience providing support to adults (18 and older) in various stages of life for a variety of concerns that affect mental health and well-being. I have experience working with older adults and their caregivers, particularly those who fall into the "sandwich generation." I have also pursued additional learning around issues families face with regards to high conflict dynamics, custody disputes and DV/IPV.
