Through play therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and mindfulness practices, I engage children in meaningful ways that resonate with their experiences and emotions. In addition, working closely with caregivers during this process to ensure a holistic approach to care is important to me. As a clinical social worker for 23 years (with a recent return to practice after staying home to raise my four children), I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, understanding, and practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges. My therapy style is eclectic, as I feel many modalities work well together to treat the whole person.
