Whether you're deep inside a dark well of despair and pain, at a fork in the road, or wanting to heal from trauma, my aim is to meet you where you're at and help you navigate all the feelings- good, bad, and indifferent- that life has to offer. We all come to a point in our lives when talking to friends or family members or anonymous hotlines may not be enough, and we decide to start a therapeutic journey. I am here to walk that journey with you, to help you grow, find contentment, achieve wellness, and foster a healthy sense of self.
