I believe all people have the capacity to change and the power to do so. I know it can feel like everything is out of your control when you are struggling. I want to help you get in tune with your personal goals and empower you to feel better. I work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict and significant life changes. I specialize in treating adult ADHD and supporting people with developing their executive functioning skills. I work with parents whose children are struggling behaviorally and emotionally with identifying their own set of coping skills and effective parenting techniques.
