My biggest passion in life is for people to be seen and heard without judgment. Too many people report feeling like they may have a lot of people in their life, but no one truly gets them or their struggle. I would love to hear your story with compassion and help you through this time of feeling stuck. Here are the issues that I have passion and professional training in: infertility and loss (ivf mama), pregnancy and post-partum mental health, motherhoood,relationship issues (I do offer couple’s therapy), trauma, ADHD, issues in high school or college life, boundary setting, healing from toxic people, and job/life transition stress.
