I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) in Florida, and I help adults navigate life’s challenges—like anxiety, depression, trauma, and big life changes. I also work with new mothers, college students, LGBTQ+ clients, and people facing serious health challenges. My approach is warm and practical: I listen, support, and give honest guidance when needed, helping you figure out what’s really holding you back and how to move forward. In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgemental space where we'll start by getting to know one another. I'll ask questions about what brought you here, explore what you're hoping to work on, and gather some background information and history to help guide our work together. There is no pressure to share everything all at once.
