I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience helping individuals navigate life challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, coping skills, ADHD, everyday and academic stressors, social skills, relationships, communication, and more. My approach is collaborative, focusing on creating personalized treatment plans that integrate your core values, beliefs, and specific needs. Therapy can be an overwhelming process, but I am here to help you navigate your experiences in a safe environment. I work with ages 10 and up. I currently have openings for late morning/afternoon, and evening appointments. I utilize evidence-based treatment to tailor interventions to each client's unique needs and goals. Together we will establish clear objectives and develop a personalized treatment plan. We will assess progress together and adjust the approach as needed to ensure a positive and empowering therapeutic experience.
