I am a passionate counselor licensed in New Jersey who is driven in working with individuals who have a desire to make lasting change in their lives, improve their mental health and wellness and to be the version of themselves they may not have even imaged. During your initial session, we discuss your background and presenting reason(s) for beginning therapy. We will discuss your specific goals, so we understand what the intention of your work will be, along with outing a timeline for treatment. We will further discuss your expectations of me and your therapeutic journey.
