I am committed to helping clients find their voice, empowering individuals, and inspiring them to pursue their passions. I work with a variety of clientele and enjoy working with both individuals and couples. I have expertise working with clients that struggle with perfectionism, body image, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship issues. My hopes are to assist clients reach their goals while feeling empowered and moving toward a full and meaningful life. My focus in couples therapy is to aid in reconnection, increased understanding of each other’s needs and heal attachment wounds.
