I understand that taking a step toward healing is difficult. As a therapist, my goal is to help you feel seen, safe, soothed, and secure as you face life's challenges. I enjoy working with teens and young adults struggling with life's transitions in this vital season of their life. In addition, working with those who have experienced trauma is a deep passion of mine. I'm also pursuing further training to work with people who are experiencing or are affected by sex and love addiction. As an EMDR and Brainspotting trained therapist, I am able to assist clients in processing trauma and addressing physiological and cognitive difficulties brought about by trauma. I am also a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) candidate, with advanced training in addressing unwanted sexual behavior, pornography use, and sex and love addiction.
