I specialize in working with BIPOC folks who are at the intersection of money, means, and melanin navigate the ambiguous anxiety that’s draining the joy from their accomplishments. From clearance rack to Brother Vellies, from "we have food at home" to last minute dinner reservations at that -one- place: you made it. But there's this discomfort that burns low and slow underneath it all, and you can't put your finger on it, it just feels like wet jeans. Additionally, I have experience with +greatly enjoy working with teens, Millennials, Gen X, Gen Z folks finding their way in young adulthood, and first responders' family members. I approach my work with you with curiosity and experience. My core tenets are accountability, grace, and celebration, which create positive shifts for my clients so that they're empowered to make the changes they want, self reflective but not on an endless thought loop, and able to identify their own needs while having them met.
