Being a teen can be difficult and confusing and it is important to have a place that is their own as they navigate their individuation process and separate from their caregivers. Providing a space for preteen/teens to explore and feel supported and heard is a passion of mine. While my focus is with adolescents ages 13+, I also work with adults struggling with relationship issues, trauma, addiction, and emotional overwhelm such as depression and anxiety.
