I work with a wide variety of clients – people with depression or anxiety, with histories of trauma, LBGTQ+ people, survivors of domestic violence, neurodiverse folks with ADHD, and lots of other people as well. I've also worked with folks of various different ethnicities, cultures, and personal backgrounds. At the heart of it, what really matters is someone willing to connect with me, in whatever way possible right then, and in the future. I’m an eclectic therapist, which pretty much means I use what’s effective and take from a variety of sources, all in service to helping people recover, grow, change, and blossom.
