I have a knack for helping people connect with their playful, curious sides, to find what’s needed for you to process emotions and get back into the flow of your life. I often help people who are socially anxious, chronically ill, and or highly sensitive/neurodivergent learn how to take life at the pace that's best for you so you can stop playing "catch up" and enjoy things as they come. Sessions with me can involve drawing, writing, or co-creating "Therapy Challenges" to try on your own between sessions.
