My focus is to support you in achieving your goals and creating an individual plan that incorporates what is important to you. I do not believe in on-size-fits-all approaches but I am committed to use techniques that are proven to be effective for the specific concerns you bring. You drive your therapy and I provide the space and the tools for you to feel empowered to walk the path you want to follow. I am also fluent in Spanish. Hablo Espanol. If you feel overwhelmed with anxiety, stuck with depression, or the past keeps preventing you from enjoying the present, we will use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Somatic Techniques and modalities such as EMDR to embrace your authentic self and create a new roadmap that will take you where you truly want to go.
