Hello, I'm a licensed Psychologist and have been practicing for over 20 years. I tailor supportive therapy to each person emphasizing insight, understanding, as well as, changing thinking and modifying behavior for life improvement. I work with adults who are managing: stress, life changes, anger, grief, anxiety, worry, panic, depression, trauma, crisis events, relationship issues, or making life decisions.
