I primarily work with children, adults, LGBTQIA+ adults, people in recovery, and those navigating the impact of trauma. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can show up, without judgment. Many of the people I work with are looking to understand themselves better, build healthier relationships, and break out of old patterns. My approach is humanistic and trauma-informed, rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection. I bring compassion, empathy, and curiosity to my work, and I’m also here to gently challenge the beliefs or stories that might hold.
