I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California, with over 10 years of experience in practice. My goal is to partner with you in therapy to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, why you behave the way you do, and to assist you in navigating this world more effectively in its complexity. Life can be unpredictable and messy, and I am passionate about helping people make sense of it and find their place. In our first session, we’ll start with introductions and reviewing what brings you to therapy. We will create goals for our time together, and if you’re unsure what you want specifically, we’ll work it out together.
