Hello, my name is Katherine King. I have worked as a therapist for almost 20 years. My role is to help you figure out what is right for you and what steps will help you reach your goals. Over the years I have worked with a variety of clients from various backgrounds. I have worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, relationship development, self-esteem, addiction, and adjustment problems. Most people have been bombarded with outside opinions that can make it hard to decide what they truly think and want. I hope to help you quiet those outside messages to uncover your authentic self.
