Hi, my name is Katherine and go by Kat. I am joining this platform of providers to help reach those who are in need of support. The world we live in can often feel overwhelming, stressful, discouraging and frustrating! I currently work in a trauma 1 emergency room where I see the effects of the world weighing on people and impacting their daily lives, relationships and jobs. I hope to incorporate skills that I have ascertained over the many years of practice I have achieved. I have a broad background in mental health and would say I specialize in crisis management, problem-solving and CBT. I have an understanding of how the mental health system works and how to navigate it.
