Are you looking for a safe and supportive space where your child can express themselves freely? As a child-centered play therapist, I believe that children have an innate ability to heal when given the opportunity to play, create, and explore in a nurturing environment. By encouraging children to express themselves through play, I help them uncover and process their emotions in a way that is natural and developmentally appropriate. Using evidence-based practices such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, I work with children ages 4-10 to help them develop coping skills, problem-solving abilities, and a stronger sense of self.
